JOHNSON, AR (July 18, 2025) – Round Three results of the 119th Southern Amateur Championship of the Southern Golf Association hosted by Blessings Golf Club in Johnson, Arkansas on Friday, July 18, 2025 ( 7586 yards, par 36-36–72, 78.8/155).

Garrett Endicott of San Antonio, Texas maintains the lead carding one-over par 73 for round three to put him at an overall score of eight-under par 208. He holds a two shot lead over a stacked leaderboard heading into the championship round tomorrow.

Although he “got off to a slow start today”, Endicott expressed that he was able to “propel into the final few holes” after rolling one into the hole for birdie on #13 to ensure his clinch on the lead. 

When asked about how he plans to maintain the lead throughout the championship round, he hopes to “stick to his game plan and focus on getting putts to roll that he was not able to get today and continue to find fairways and greens.” 

The following players stand T2, all posting six-under par 210 overall: 

• John Daly II of Dardanelle, Arkansas (70, 71, 69)
• Wells Williams of West Point, Mississippi (73, 67, 70) 
• Sihan Sandhu of Ashburn, Virginia (64, 73, 73)

Stewart Hagestad of Newport Beach, California (71, 71, 69) and Cameron Tankersley of Dickson, Tennessee (74, 67, 70) sit tied for fifth with overall scores of five-under par 211.
