After the first round, Rory Asselta of Ramsey, New Jersey holds the solo round one lead, firing five birdies and an eagle to finish the day with an opening round score of five-under 67.
When asked about his plan for tomorrow, Asselta expressed with a smile, that his plan is “to keep the same mindset as today and to make a lot of birdies.”
