TALLAHASSEE, FL (June 13, 2024) – Round Two results of the 52nd Southern Junior Championship of the Southern Golf Association hosted by Seminole Legacy Golf Club, Tallahassee, Florida on Thursday, June 13, 2024 (7190 yards, Par 36-36—72. Rating: 74.9/137).

Tyler Sanford of Montgomery, Texas sits at the top of the leaderboard with a score of two-under 70 and an overall score of four-under 140. Sanford made a total of five birdies in round two.

“It was an up and down round, a lot of birdies and a lot of bogies, but it was a grind today and I’m glad I’m done,” said Sanford. “The course is amazing and the staff has been very kind. I’m just loving it here right now.”

Cole Stockard of Dalton, Georgia sits in solo second after Round Two, carding one-over 73 and an overall score of three-under 141. 

Morgan Riley of Jamaica and Alexander Weinberg of Boca Raton, Florida sit T3, each finishing
at two-under 142, overall.

The field was cut to the low 50 and ties. The cutline fell at five-over 149 with 61 players advancing to the final round of the 52nd Southern Junior Championship.
