CHARLESTON, SC (June 16, 2022) – Round Two results of the 50th Southern Junior Championship of the Southern Golf Association hosted by the Country Club of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina, on Thursday, June 16, 2022 (6600 yards, par 35-35–70, 71.6/132).

The following players stand T1, carding a six-under 64 overall:
●      Ethan Paschal of Fayetteville, North Carolina, six-under 64 (Round Two)
●      Smith Summerlin of Raleigh, North Carolina, five-under 65 (Round Two)
●      Wyatt Plattner of Sarasota, Florida, two-under 68 (Round Two)
 
The following players posted a five-under 65 overall to stand T4:
●      Kale Fontenot of Lafayette, Louisiana, even-par 70 (Round Two)
●      Maxmilian Jelinek of Port St Lucie, Florida, even-par 70 (Round Two)
●      Grant Doggett of Beach City, Texas, two-under 68 (Round Two)
 
The cut line fell at three-over with 82 players making the cut.

The Final Round of the 50th Southern Junior Championship begins Friday, June 17, 2022, at 7:30 a.m. off holes #1 and #10.
